This is a Samsung 32GB eMMC 5.1 chip in a microSD form factor and connector. It communicates over the eMMC / MMC protocol — not the standard SD protocol.
- It generally works in hosts with native MMC support — most Raspberry Pi models and many Linux single-board computers — where it typically enumerates as an MMC device.
- In our own testing, it has worked with most Raspberry Pi models and with MacBooks made after 2018.
- We cannot guarantee it will work in your specific card reader, device, or operating system.
If your use case requires a normal microSD card, this is not the right product.
