Shipping Information

We ship from Canada. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that time or on weekends ship the next business day.

Rates

Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on your address and the weight and dimensions of your order. Every shipment is fully tracked end-to-end — you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier scans your package.

Domestic (Canada)

  • Tracked delivery, typically 2-7 business days depending on destination.

United States

  • Tracked delivery, typically 4-10 business days.
  • US duties and taxes are pre-paid by us and shown as a separate line at checkout — your package is delivered to your door with no extra charges or customs collect fees.

International (UK & EU)

We ship to the United Kingdom and all 27 EU countries with full tracking. Delivery is typically 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs handling. Duties, VAT and any import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier on delivery.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed automatically as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier. You can also view tracking from your order page in My Account.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If a package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us at support@embeddedcomputers.ca within 14 days of the shipping date. We will open a claim with the carrier and replace or refund your order.
