Description

Works with every LoRaWAN concentrator card we stock. The mini‑PCIe socket takes the SPI versions of the RAK2287, the RAK5146, and the WM1302 and WM1303, and the GL5712, so you can pair it with whichever card suits your region and your budget.
Works with the Raspberry Pi and the Radxa Rock Pi 4. A standard 40‑pin HAT footprint, so it drops straight onto any 40‑pin Raspberry Pi or a Radxa Rock Pi 4B+ with no wiring and no adapters.

A drop‑in replacement for the RAK2287 Pi HAT. It puts a mini‑PCIe socket on a Raspberry Pi HAT footprint, which turns a Pi or a Rock Pi 4 into a LoRaWAN gateway: seat the concentrator card, stack the board on the 40‑pin header, and the SPI lines and power are routed for you.

  • Concentrator socket: 52‑pin mini‑PCIe, for the SPI versions of the RAK2287, RAK5146, WM1302 and WM1303 LPWAN cards.
  • Host interface: 40‑pin GPIO header that seats directly on the Raspberry Pi or the Rock Pi 4.
  • Any region: the operating band is set by the concentrator card you fit, not by this carrier board, so one hat covers every LoRaWAN region you sell into.
  • Controls: onboard reset button and a status LED, both brought out to the top face of the board.
  • Form factor: low‑profile Raspberry Pi HAT outline with four mounting holes that line up with the standard Pi standoffs.
  • Antenna: the RF connection is made on the concentrator card itself, so you keep the U.FL pigtail that ships with your module. We stock a U.FL to SMA adapter separately.
