- Payment information: processed directly by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Account information: if you create an account, your email address, password (hashed) and order history.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser, pages visited, used to detect fraud and improve the site.
How We Use Your Information
- Fulfilling and shipping your orders.
- Responding to support requests.
- Detecting and preventing fraud.
- Sending order status updates and, with your explicit consent, occasional product news.
Who We Share Information With
We only share the minimum information needed with: shipping carriers (to deliver your order), our payment processor (to charge your card), and tax authorities where legally required. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request that it be corrected or deleted, by emailing privacy@embeddedcomputers.ca. We will respond within 30 days.
