Shipping Information

We ship from our facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that time or on weekends ship the next business day.

Domestic (Canada)

• Canada Post Expedited: 2-7 business days, tracked.
• Canada Post Xpresspost: 1-3 business days, tracked and guaranteed.
• Free Expedited shipping on Canadian orders over $99 CAD.

United States

• USPS Tracked Packet: 4-10 business days.
• UPS Standard: 3-7 business days, fully tracked.

International

We ship to most countries via Canada Post International. Delivery is typically 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs handling. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed automatically as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier. You can also view tracking from your order page in My Account.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If a package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us at support@embeddedcomputers.ca within 14 days of the shipping date. We will open a claim with the carrier and replace or refund your order.
