Return Policy

  • Non-Functional Items Only: Returns are accepted only for items that are non-functional or defective upon receipt. Non-functional items are those that do not operate as described in the product listing.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including all original components, accessories, and packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process a return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are functional and meet the description provided in the listing are not eligible for return.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.
  • Items returned after the 14-day return period will not be accepted.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Initiate a return by contacting our customer service team at support@embeddedcomputers.ca within 14 days of delivery. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue with the item.
  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number. Ship the item to the address provided within 7 days of receiving the RMA.
  4. Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to confirm it is non-functional and meets the return criteria.
  5. Refund: If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refund Details

  • Full Refund: A full refund, including the original purchase price (excluding shipping costs), will be issued for non-functional items that meet the return criteria.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered defective due to our error.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
